|PeliFilip assisted Argo Group in a 100 million Euro deal – the sale of Shopping City Sibiu to NEPI|
PeliFilip assisted Argo Group in the sale of the Shopping City Sibiu retail park to NEPI in a transaction worth 100 million euro, this being one of the landmark transactions in Romania in 2016.

With a GLA of 79,100 sq. m, Shopping City Sibiu is the largest retail park in Romania and the first and only retail centre in Sibiu. It was inaugurated in November 2006, when it included an Auchan hypermarket and adjacent gallery, and a Leroy Merlin store, and it was later extended by adding a Carrefour hypermarket, fashion and sport brands, a large furniture store and white goods retailers.
