Alexandru specialises in various fields of EU Economic Law (Antitrust, EU Digital Law, Merger Control, and State Aid). He also has a strong interest in Digital Transformation, Project & Portfolio Management, and Legal Tech.
Highlights of his activity include:
- legal adviser and project manager on different digital transformation projects for the EBRD projects funded by the European Commission (DG GROW and REGIO)
- advised a leading online retailer of consumer electronics on an application for a settlement program before the Romanian Competition Council in an ongoing investigation on an RPM case
- designed training materials and delivered training to a leading multinational consumer goods retail group on dawn raids conducted by the EC and the RCC.
- provided State Aid due diligence support to a leading consumer electronics online retailer on an acquisition of a raising digital business.
