Andreea is a member of our Corporate and M&A team, with a focus on general corporate advisory related to a broad range of business matters. She was part of the teams advising both local and international clients on various corporate transactions, such as shares or business transfers, legal due diligence investigations, as well as day-to-day legal advising.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- the national leading retail market company, as regards the corporate due diligence process for the acquisition of a privately-owned company activating in the field of restaurants and mobile food service activities.
- a large Romanian leasing company in respect of various transaction documentation and due diligence exercise for the acquisition of another company activating in the field of car operating lease.
