Dragos has a double degree in law, including from Universite Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne I and has obtained an LLM degree in European Legal Studies from the College of Europe in 2016.
Dragos provides the firm’s clients an all-encompassing range of activities which vary from day to day advice on commercial and competition law matters in various industries to the relation with the RCC involving assistance during dawn raids, investigations or merger control proceedings.
His recent secondment experience has enabled Dragos to acquire a new perspective on how to best assist clients and to integrate business objectives in the legal solutions provided in a pragmatic manner.
Highlights of his activity include assisting:
- an international retailer involving close assistance on multiple commercial and competition law-related matters, structuring the competition law compliance program and providing assistance on strategic and sensitive projects;
- an international player on the coffee market in relation to a vertical price fixing investigation during the entire investigation, including during the performance of dawn raids and also during the litigation phase;
- the leading cosmetics and detergents trade association in respect of various competition law related matters relevant in the conduct of its activity, including competition assistance during the meetings of its corporate bodies;
- a worldwide car manufacturer on various competition, commercial and automotive regulatory matters.
