Elisa is part of the Commercial department, advising clients on complex data protection projects, contracts, consumer protection, and environmental and regulatory-related matters.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- one of the leading companies in the industrial cleaning field in Romania on consumer protection and data privacy matters by reviewing the information and documents available on the company’s online shopping platform, including other specific aspects related to consumer protection obligations;
- one of the leading companies in the automotive industry in Romania, in connection with the obligations regarding anti-money laundering compliance;
- a major retailer in several consumer protection aspects, by drafting regulations and other documents related to promotional campaigns, as well as concerning consumer protection compliance;
- an NGO that supports underprivileged children by offering scholarships, on several commercial, contractual, and data protection matters;
- several clients on due diligence projects regarding material agreements, data protection, and environmental matters concerning various industries.
