Larisa is part of the Corporate & M&A department, assisting our clients on corporate matters and diverse corporate transactions. She has been involved in complex transactions and restructuring operations, assisting in performing corporate operations and providing general legal advice, but also performing due diligence investigations related to a wide range of business matters.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- a private equity group in restructuring the companies part of the group. Larisa’s work included extensive and complex advice on corporate matters and drafting corporate documents;
- a global leader in elevators and escalators in connection with specific matters that result from the client’s company day-to-day operations, including complex advice regarding the particularities of the management structure;
- a management consulting group on corporate matters related to the expansion of their business within Romania;
- in various potential transactions, performing due diligence analysis over the targets from a corporate point of view.
