Highlights of his activity include assisting:
- one of the largest privately owned groups in Romania on the sale of their financial leasing business and of their operational leasing business.
- one of the largest medical services providers in Romania, in the acquisition of a network of clinics specializing in niche medical services.
- the leading regional e-commerce services provider on various corporate and M&A matters, including with respect to the formation of a joint venture activating in the consumer and merchant financing business with one of its business partners.
- the seller, with respect to the sale and integration of a medical clinic providing obstetrics gynecology services in a leading private healthcare networks in Romania.
- one of the leading group of companies activating in the energy industry and renewable energy sector in various transactions, either bilateral or competitive, including the sale of several hybrid projects with capacities ranging from tens to several hundred MW of installed capacity.
