- an international retail chain specialized in the sales of children products in the process of acquiring a major national retailer of toys through a share deal, including assisting the client in the due diligence process performed with respect to the lease agreements regarding the company’s stores located throughout the country.
- a leading law and tax advisory firm in Poland, in the due diligence process performed with respect to a group of national companies that provide accounting, human resources, payroll functions, tax advisory and compliance services, with respect to the lease agreements concluded.
