Daria is part of our Corporate and M&A team, where she contributes to M&A transactions by assisting with project execution, offering legal advice, and drafting documentation related to transactions, corporate governance, and day-to-day corporate matters. In addition, she contributes to projects involving regulatory aspects in the energy sector.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- the largest fund manager dedicated to greenfield renewable energy investments in relation to day-to-day operational matters and energy regulatory compliance;
- shareholders of a renewable energy generation company on corporate governance matters and transactional documentation;
- a listed investor in connection with the contemplated acquisition of a natural gas distribution group.
