Employers will be able to set up medical offices for their own employees as part of their internal prevention and protection services

A new draft law passed by the Parliament introduces the possibility of establishing and operating medical offices also in the structure of legal entities, exclusively for their own employees, as part of internal prevention and protection services.

This will enable occupational health offices to be set up within legal entities, provided that employment agreements are concluded with occupational health specialists who are licensed to practice and that all the requirements expressly laid down by law are met.
