Filip & Company advised Digi Group’s Spanish subsidiaries on the conclusion of a national roaming contract and a network and spectrum sharing contract with Telefónica Móviles España. These contracts are entered into for a minimum period of 16 years and are intended to replace, as of 1 January 2025, the current MVNO contract between DIGI Spain Telecom S.L.U. and Telefónica.

The closing of these deals represents an instrumental and strategic step for the Digi Group, allowing it to transition its mobile operations in Spain from a mobile virtual network operator to a mobile network operator.
