Filip & Company team assisted Banca Transilvania in connection with the signing of the documents related to the acquisition of the shares held by the Polish Gertin Holding group in Idea :: Bank, Idea :: Leasing, Idea :: Insurance Broker and Idea :: Investment. The closing of this transaction requires the approval by the National Bank of Romania, Financial Supervisory Authority and Competition Council.
The Filip & Company team was coordinated by Alina Stancu Bîrsan (partner) and Cristina Filip (partner) and included Olga Niță (partner), Rebecca Marina (senior associate), Lavinia Cazacu (associate) and Alexandru Moraru (associate). Linklaters assisted in relation to the Polish and UK law matters.
