Filip & Company law firm has provided legal assistance to Banca Transilvania in connection with the launch and execution of its first issuance of Additional Tier 1 (AT1) capital instruments on the international capital markets – a EUR 500 million transaction, representing a first for both the bank and the Romanian market.
The bonds were listed on Euronext Dublin, and Moody’s B1 rating reflects the bank’s solid position. The transaction attracted significant interest from international investors, with the order book exceeding EUR 2.65 billion.
