(eMAG) group, in the sale of the Profitshare activity carried out in Romanian and Bulgaria to 2Performant Network S.A., a company listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Completion of the transaction is subject to the fulfilment of conditions precedent.
