The Filip & Company team has assisted RCS & RDS S.A. and its subsidiary, DIGI Spain Telecom S.L.U, in contracting a EUR 128 million five-year term loan for investment purposes.
This loan is a supplement to the facility agreement, concluded in July 2021, initially amounting to EUR 122 million. The agent of the financing banks is Banco Santander of Spain.

It is one of the companies with Romanian capital that also invests a lot in the development of subsidiaries abroad.
