Ioana Grigoriu, a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in real estate, has joined Filip & Company as counsel.

Ioana Grigoriu’s previous experience includes complex urban planning issues in a variety of real estate projects, assisting clients with urban planning issues in due diligence or transactions and providing support in relevant litigation in this segment. Over the years, Ioana has also assisted in transaction structuring, negotiation and drafting of sale and purchase agreements, real estate aspects of public tenders, due diligence analyses in real estate transactions and permitting issues in the fields of infrastructure, energy, mining, wind and photovoltaic projects.
