Filip & Company law firm has elected its new management. Filip & Company will be led for a 4-year term by the team of Co-Managing Partners formed by Cristina Filip and Alexandru Bîrsan.
They will lead an executive team made up of:
- Ioan Dumitrașcu and Cătălin Suliman, Co-Managers of Commercial;
- Cătălin Alexandru and George Trantea, Co-Managers of Dispute Resolution;
- Ioana Roman, Manager of Real Estate and Projects;
- Alexandra Manciulea, Manager of Banking and Financial Services;
- Alina Stancu Bîrsan, Manager of Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets.
The election result confirms the firm’s goal of increasing management capacity and delivering its long-term development strategy. With the new management structure, Filip & Company is even better positioned to address the needs of evolution and adaptability to a dynamic and competitive market. The new team also represents a combination of continuity and openness, aligned with the firm’s vision to build and transfer value across generations.
