Filip & Company promotes two counsels and four senior associates this spring
This spring we celebrate the promotion of six of our colleagues. Andreea Bănică (Mergers and acquisitions) and Alin Grapă (Dispute resolution) have been promoted to counsel, while Alexandru Moraru (Labor law), Alina Savastre (Real estate), Anca Bădescu (Mergers and acquisitions) and Lavinia Cazacu (Mergers and acquisitions) join the team of senior lawyers.

Andreea Bănică specializes in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Andreea also has relevant experience in assisting clients on capital markets and has been involved in some of the most complex transactions in Romania in recent years.
Alin Grapă specializes in dispute resolution and his main areas of practice include insolvency proceedings and civil and administrative disputes. Alin has also relevant experience in assisting and representing clients in public procurement, labour law, personal data protection and enforcement matters.
Alexandru Moraru specializes in employment law, assisting clients in complex restructurings, TUPE effects in transactions and subsequent integrations, disputes with trade unions and sensitive top management negotiations.
Alina Savastre specializes in real estate law and has been involved in some of the most complex transactions in the real estate industry. Her experience covers both acquisitions and sales of real estate portfolios as well as development and leasing projects of commercial, logistic and residential assets.
Anca Bădescu specializes in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. Over the years, Anca has advised some of the most important companies and investment funds in public and private M&A transactions, acting both on the buyer and the seller side.
Lavinia Cazacu specializes in mergers and acquisitions and has relevant experience in assisting clients in the energy sector. Lavinia has advised clients in numerous successfully completed transactions in various industries, with a particular focus on financial services, healthcare, IT&C and energy.
Following these promotions, the Filip & Company team has 105 members, including 14 partners, 6 counsels, 20 senior lawyers and 40 associate lawyers.
