According to a draft government decision launched for public debate on 7 March 2025, as part of the digital transformation component of the PNRR, the current REVISAL system would be replaced by a new system, REGES-ONLINE, to which all data from active individual employment agreements would be migrated – thus, the management of employment relationships would be done exclusively through this platform. The transition would take place within 6 months of the entry into force of the decision (if adopted).
The particularities of this platform include:
- the obligation to submit to the platform the place of work (fixed or mobile), the duration of working time and its distribution;
- the possibility to be accessed by employees and former employees, who will be able to check their own work history (including the possibility to download their work history, which is also relevant for proving seniority in pension files).
