Minodora is a member of the Real Estate & Projects team. She advises local and international clients across the full spectrum of real estate matters, including due diligence exercises, both share deal and asset deal transactions, day-to-day issues and real estate permitting matters.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- a local owner of a prime office building in Bucharest on complex building management matters, including the negotiation and preparation of lease agreements, the suite of operational contracts for the property, and other day-to-day management issues;
- a leading player in the logistics sector, in relation to a complex due diligence exercise for the envisaged acquisition of a hybrid PV and storage project in Romania;
- a local investor with a significant portfolio in logistics and retail real estate, in connection with an investment in a major entertainment project and other business matters, including urban planning assessments, due diligence, and analysis of various contracts;
- a regional investment and asset management group throughout the transactional process, in connection to a prospective acquisition of real estate in Brasov.
