Narcisa is a member of our Real Estate team. She assists local and international clients on various real estate matters, including day-to-day issues, due diligence analyses, share deal and asset deal transactions and real estate permitting matters. Narcisa also has relevant experience in the dispute resolution field.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- a local owner of a prime office building in Bucharest, on complex building management matters and other day-to-day real estate and management issues;
- a leading company in the dairy sector, in connection to the due diligence process for a significant real estate transaction;
- a local real estate player, in relation to transactional assistance and the preparation of the relevant corporate documentation for the envisaged acquisition of a real estate property in the northern part of Bucharest;
- a leading player in the logistics sector, in relation to a complex due diligence process for the envisaged acquisition of a hybrid PV and storage project in Romania.
