Filip & Company assisted the Portuguese subsidiary of Digi Group in the conclusion of an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares issued by Cabonitel, S.A. at a value of EUR 150 million. The perimeter of the transaction includes Nowo Communications, S.A., the fourth largest mobile and fixed telecommunications operator in Portugal, a company wholly owned by Cabonitel, S.A..
