Filip & Company law firm provided legal assistance to Simtel Team S.A., a Romanian engineering and technology company, in connection with the transfer of its shares on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Simtel Team has been listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange since July 2021.
