Filip & Company law firm has provided legal assistance to the investment fund OH Holding in relation to its entry into the shareholding structure of the company operating the Lensa network, one of the most important companies on the Romanian optics and optometry market.
The Filip & Company team was involved in all the stages of the transaction, from the due diligence process to the drafting, revision and negotiation of the contractual documentation, as well as in providing legal advice on regulatory issues. The closing of the transaction is subject to several conditions, including obtaining the relevant regulatory clearances.
