Filip & Company assisted the Ministry of Public Finance, together with Linklaters law firm, in the first green bond issue that attracted EUR2 billion from international markets.
The issue has a 12-year maturity and its arrangers are Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Erste Group, HSBC, J.P. Morgan and Société Générale.

Filip & Company and Linklaters also assisted the Ministry of Finance in the concurrent issuance of conventional bonds with a maturity of over 7 years, attracting a further EUR2 billion from the international markets.
