Alexandra is a member of both our Real Estate and Corporate and M&A teams. She assists local and international clients on various corporate and real estate matters, including day-to-day issues, due diligence analyses, share deal and asset deal transactions and real estate permitting matters.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- a top European investor in the energy sector in connection with various real estate matters for the development of several wind farms in Romania;
- a local real estate player in relation to the multi-jurisdictional restructuring of its group of companies, with respect to transactional assistance and preparation of relevant corporate documentation;
- a leading energy investor in relation to the due diligence process (on both corporate and real estate matters), as part of a complex M&A transaction;
- an international energy developer and provider on corporate and real estate matters related to the expansion of their business within Romania.
