- a global leader in water treatment, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions and services through its local representative, providing consultancy on various corporate, banking, and finance law matters, including regulatory compliance and negotiation of utility contracts. The support also covers post-closing issues related to their current activity in Romania.
- a global pharmaceutical companyin connection with a transaction. The mandate included activities during the due diligence process, assistance during negotiations and in concluding the transaction documents and corporate related advice.
- an international companyin connection with various corporate issues in relation with its business restructuring, including preparing the corporate documentation as part of the restructuring and relevant corporate and regulatory approvals.
- a major state-owned national energy company, in connection with a €1.5 billion EMTN programme, including the listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, matters related to the prospectus, international sanctions and local compliance, corporate documentation and board approvals.
- a multinational corporation and leader in consumer healthcare products and the pharmaceutical industry, on various corporate matter related to business restructuring, including the preparation of related corporate documentation, obtaining necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, and representation before competent public.
