About
Arina is a member of our Commercial Department, advising clients on data protection, new technologies and intellectual property matters, while also being involved in complex regulatory and transactional projects. Currently, she is pursuing an LL.M in Tech Law at the University of Bucharest.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- a major technology client active in the field of artficial intelligence in the transfer of Grant and Consortium Agreements;
- a leading company active in the healthcare sector in realation to a complex data processing framework implemented by a global technology leader using AI-based solutions;
- involvement in a wide range of due diligence projects covering data protection and intellectual property aspects across various industries, including technology, aviation and energy;
- providing day-to-day legal advice on data protection, regulatory, permitting and copyright infringement matters.
