Camelia is a member of our Corporate and M&A team, where she is involved in complex transactional mandates, providing legal support across all stages of the deal lifecycle. She advises local and international clients on corporate structuring matters, prepares and reviews transaction documentation, and ensures the efficient coordination and implementation of corporate procedures.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- part of the team assisting a private equity fund in its investment in several educational companies in Romania;
- part of the team assisting a private equity fund with the due diligence process in relation to its potential exit from the Romanian market;
- a vendor due diligence in the context of the competitive sale of a minority stake in a Danish company, specialised in the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy parks, to a potential investor.
