Diana is a member of our Corporate and M&A team. She assists local and international clients on various corporate and commercial matters, including day-to-day issues, due diligence analyses, share deal and asset deal transactions and contract drafting. Her background also includes assistance on consumer protection and intellectual property matters.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- a local software company in connection with an intra-group reorganisation involving the structuring of a merger process;
- a large international client with various aspects regarding the implementation of an M&A deal;
- various clients on day-to-day commercial and corporate legal matters, including the review and negotiation of commercial agreements;
- international and local clients on intellectual property aspects, including analyses regarding copyright and trademark protection.
