Lavinia has been assisting our clients in various corporate transactions and corporate governance matters, such as share capital increases, shares transfers and regular corporate operations. In addition, she was part of the teams advising clients in relation to energy related regulatory aspects.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- a large international energy company, on various energy and natural gas regulatory matters, including inter alia, liaising with the National Energy Regulatory Authority in the context of various legal changes impacting the Romanian energy and natural gas sectors;
- energy companies, in relation to regulatory matters on the development of photovoltaic projects in Romania and project development agreements and arrangements;
- in various potential transactions, performing due diligence analysis over the targets from a corporate point of view.
