Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- a company which primarily activates in the sports game industry in relation to the due diligence process as part of a complex M&A transaction;
- one of the leading groups in ready-made meals and food processing in Romania in relation to the reorganization and streamline process of its activity, by way of merger by absorption of two of the Romanian companies part of the group;
- a company which operates one of the main private hospitals in Romania, concerning the acquisition of another private hospital, as regards the due diligence part;
- a leading Romanian Company which mainly activates in the leasing field in conducting a preliminary due diligence review on corporate and finance matters for the envisaged disposal.
