At Filip & Company, since our very establishment, we have managed to create a professional development-centred programme for each team member, and the promotions we announce today are the product of this programme.
Starting this spring, Monica Stătescu (Corporate, M&A) and Olga Niță (Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets) have joined the partnership. Mihaela Ispas (Real Estate and Projects) and Răzvan Ionescu (Dispute Resolution, Restructuring and Insolvency) have been promoted to counsels. Dragoș Iordache (Competition), Loredana Cristea (Dispute Resolution) Rebecca Marina (Banking and Financial Services) and Roxana Diaconu (Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets) joined the senior associates’ team.

Monica Stătescu has been a member of our team since 2008. Monica’s experience includes legal assistance in connection with corporate law, M&A and regulatory matters in some of the most complex transactions in Romania in recent years.
Olga Niţă joined the team in 2011, after completing an internship. Olga’s primary practice areas in which she activated in many of the top transactions of the recent years are corporate law, M&A and capital markets.
Mihaela Ispas joined the team 10 years ago and has participated over time in some of the most complex transactions in the real estate industry.
Răzvan Ionescu has been part of the team since 2012, specialising in labour law disputes, assistance and representation in the field of restructuring, reorganization and insolvency.
Dragoș Iordache, Loredana Cristea, Rebecca Marina and Roxana Diaconu have been part of the team since 2015, after participating in the summer internship which is being organised by Filip & Company every year.
Following these promotions, Filip & Company’s team has 85 members of which 12 partners, 4 counsels, 13 senior associates and 31 associates.
