Filip & Company law firm provided legal assistance to OLX Global B.V., part of the Prosus group and shareholder in the company owning the online platform OLX Romania, in connection with the sale of Kiwi Finance S.R.L., one of the largest real estate credit brokers in Romania, to Partners Financial Services a.s., a major player in the financial services sector in the Czech Republic.
