Alina is a member of our Banking & Financial Services team, focused on assisting clients in complex financial transactions, banking regulations, financial market M&A transactions and the development of innovative banking products.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- the financing of an energy group for the purposes of the indirect acquisition of one of Romania’s four electricity distribution operators;
- a client on the drafting of a share pledge to secure obligations arising under a renewable energy financing, as well as preparing the required National Bank of Romania notifications for loans qualifying as foreign direct investments;
- a client with the preparation of due diligence documentation in connection with a bank acquisition and also assisting with corporate housekeeping matters, including the preparation of shareholder registers.
