Andrei is a member of our Corporate and M&A team, where he handles complex transactional mandates, delivering legal counsel at every stage of the deal. He advises local and international clients on corporate and commercial matters — from day-to-day advisory work and due diligence to share and asset deals, contract drafting, and other transactional documentation.
Highlights of his activity include assisting:
- a large local client with due diligence analysis for several envisaged infrastructure investments in the region;
- a publicly listed company on reviewing and overhauling internal documentation vital to its day-to-day operations;
- various clients on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters, including the review and negotiation of commercial agreements, advising on contractual risk, and structuring ongoing business relationships.
