Andrei is a member of our Banking & Finance team, focused on assisting clients in complex financial transactions, banking regulations, financial market M&A transactions and the development of innovative banking products.
Highlights of his activity include assisting:
- the largest Romanian bank in the acquisition of a bank, a leasing company and an insurance broker worth EUR 43 million and various Romanian and foreign companies in relation to financial facilities, leasing and insurance contracts in various due diligence procedures.
- multiple banks and non-bank financial institutions on both domestic and EU banking regulatory matters required to implement complex projects and providing close support at each stage of their development.
- companies in various practice areas, such as a market leader in e-commerce, a well-known service provider for utility networks and a market leader in television and internet services on diverse financial matters, payment services issues and general legal assistance.
