About
Bianca is a member of our Corporate and M&A team, participating in M&A projects, providing advice and preparing the documentation for every stage of a transaction. She also assists various national and international clients on general corporate matters and procedures.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of healthcare equipment on corporate matters related to the expansion of their business within Romania;
- on the sale of a leading Romanian software outsourcing company as part of a multi-jurisdictional project, with respect to transactional assistance and preparation of relevant corporate documentation;
- the ready to build sale of a Romanian company developing a renewable energy hybrid power plant, including providing assistance to the sellers on the due diligence process and on the preparation of the preliminary transaction documentation.
