Ionut is a member of our Real Estate team. He is mainly involved in due diligence procedures on both share deal and asset deal transactions concerning several domains such as renewable energy, retail and construction works. He also participates in drafting transaction documents. Ionut has relevant previous experience in the Romanian insolvency field as well as a LLM in Business Law.
Highlights of his activity include assisting:
- a major company active in the renewable energy industry with regards to the due diligence process in view of the acquisition of a renewable energy project located in Romania;
- a major retail company in its domain on the Romanian market regarding the due diligence process in view of a potential acquisition of another major retail chain that activates in the same field on the Romanian market;
- a company active in the Romanian renewable energy industry with regards to the due diligence process in view of developing a renewable energy project;
- a client active in the manufacture field in view of acquisition of a land for the purpose of developing a factory;
- a major company active in the renewable energy field in the process of a potential acquisition of a renewable energy project located in Romania, assisting with regards to the due diligence process on real estate matters.
