Maia Dragomir is a member of our Commercial department. Her core activity includes providing legal assistance on labor law, data privacy law and commercial law matters, including in labor disputes.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- several clients in planning and implementing restructuring measures, including workforce reductions;
- several clients in disciplinary proceedings against employees and several clients in collective negotiations, revision of collective bargaining agreements, as well as in addressing legal issues related to trade union representation and collective labor disputes;
- an international client by providing guidance on non-derogable provisions in international employment contracts;
- a client in communicating with public authorities such as the National Agency for Fiscal Administration on tax law matters and several clients in communicating with public authorities such as Territorial Labor Inspectorates on employment law matters.
