Maia Dragomir is a member of our Commercial department. Her core activity includes providing consultancy on labour and commercial law matters, as well as assisting clients in labour and commercial disputes.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- several clients in planning and implementing restructuring measures, including workforce reductions;
- several clients acting in retail, foods, tobacco, IT&C or automative industries in disciplinary proceedings against employees and in collective negotiations, as well as in addressing legal issues related to trade union representation and collective labor disputes;
- an international consultancy company specialized in the biopharmaceutical sector by providing guidance on non-derogable provisions in international employment contracts;
- clients in industries such as IT&C, retail, tobacco, construction or automotive with labor disputes against current or former employees, in relation to sensitive disciplinary matters, harassment investigations, overtime compensation or termination of employment;
- a client in incorporating a subsidiary entity of a non-profit organization.
