Roxana has advised clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including both domestic and foreign M&A transactions, complex restructuring projects and general advisory work related to a broad range of business matters. She has also advised in complex projects regarding capital markets issues.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- a private investment group, in relation to the acquisition of a majority stake in a leading player on the Romanian optics and optometry market;
- a leading Romanian bank, in relation to closing assistance in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in a Romanian bank and of two related leasing and retail services companies, part of an international banking group — the largest M&A transaction on the Romanian banking market in that year;
- a leading German automotive manufacturing company, in relation to the Romanian-level implementation of a joint venture created with a leading global lighting technology group;
- a major Romanian investment group, in relation to placing investments in various high-level venture capital funds;
- one of the largest private equity funds in Romania, in two consecutive sales of all of its shares in a major Romanian oil and gas company, totalling RON 1.738 billion (approximately EUR 352 million).
