Roxana has advised clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including both domestic and foreign M&A transactions, complex restructuring projects and general advisory work related to a broad range of business matters. She has also advised in complex projects regarding capital markets issues.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- one of the leading regional telecommunications and media group in relation to the initial public offering of shares and subsequent listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in the largest private IPO ever done in Romania;
- one of the leading regional telecommunications and media group, in relation to the issuance of two series of senior secured bonds totalizing EUR 850 million;
- one of the largest banks in Romania in connection with the issuance of EUR-denominated unsecured subordinated Tier 2 Capital bonds in an aggregate nominal value of EUR 285 million;
- a leading German automotive company, in relation to a joint venture with a multinational lighting manufacturer and business restructuring of its Romanian subsidiaries.
