Sebastian is part of our Corporate and M&A team, providing assistance on a wide range of corporate M&A, intellectual property and regulatory matters. Since Sebastian has joined Filip & Company, he was involved in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, performing due diligence analyses, and providing day-to-day corporate advice to clients active in various industries, including energy and technology.
Highlights of his activity include assisting:
- a company activating in the renewable energy sector in connection with its exit from the Romanian market through the sale of its Romanian subsidiaries developing renewable energy projects, including transaction structuring and drafting of transaction documents;
- a group of local entrepreneurs in the acquisition of minority shareholdings in several Romanian companies active in the battery energy storage systems field, providing assistance on corporate and structuring matters;
- various clients in projects related to intellectual property protection, including trademark registration and enforcement, copyright matters, and patent projects at EU level.
