Bianca is a member of our Dispute Resolution team, advising clients on complex civil, administrative, and public procurement matters. She is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Public Procurement at the University of Bucharest.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- one of Romania’s leading agricultural companies, involved in a dispute concerning the recovery of subsidies granted by the Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture (APIA);
- a major player in the automotive industry, recognized as a leader in the international market, in public procurement procedures, including representation in administrative challenges and drafting relevant bid documentation;
- clients in litigations related to the obtaining of European Union funds, providing legal support on compliance, contractual, and administrative matters;
- clients undergoing reorganization procedures within insolvency proceedings, providing legal guidance on compliance and strategic decision-making.
