Sergiu is a member of our Commercial department, focusing on providing legal assistance in the areas of labor and commercial matters.
Highlights of his activity include assisting:
- employers throughout internal investigations and disciplinary procedures, including the assessment of alleged misconduct, review of relevant evidence, preparation of investigation and disciplinary documentation;
- day-to-day employment law assistance to companies on a broad range of matters, including working time, remuneration and benefits, workplace conduct and termination of employment;
- several clients in matters regarding workforce restructuring and headcount reduction, including the assessment of available legal options, preparation of the required documentation and implementation of individual and collective dismissal procedures;
- several employers in the process of reviewing their labor agreements, internal regulations and policies to align them with the legal framework;
- clients during collective and individual negotiations with the employees;
- companies in immigration matters.
