In light of the new registry that will replace REVISAL, the Ministry of Labor has adopted a new access procedure for completing, transmitting, and querying data in/from REGES-Online.
The procedure contains a series of information regarding (i) the obligations of employers to register, supplement, and transmit data relating to individual employment agreements, (ii) the methods of accessing REGES-ONLINE by employers and employees, (iii) the possibility of appointing employees or contracting service providers for the management and transmission of data to the registry, or (iv) the applicable terms.
