About
Georgiana is a member of our Corporate and M&A team, participating in M&A projects, providing advice and preparing the documentation for transactions, corporate governance matters or regular corporate operations. In addition, she is part of the teams advising clients in relation to energy related regulatory aspects.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- on the transfer of sanction rights to organize an ATP 250 Tennis event and the incorporation of the company that will run the sanction rights;
- a client in the implementation of a major acquisition of a corporate group, performing due diligence analysis over the target;
- a leading Romanian company in real estate development, focusing on corporate housekeeping matters.
