Isabela’s practice is Corporate law and M&A. She provided assistance on various general corporate matters for national and international clients, assisting them in transactions and day to day corporate advising.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- a leading Romanian credit institution, in the prospective acquisition of two private pension funds and their fund administration business;
- a leading European supplier of storage solutions in the acquisition of a Romanian engineering services suppliers;
- a Romanian agricultural logistics services provider in various corporate matters, as well as in the process of separation a part of its business via spin-off;
- a company activating in the energy industry and renewable energy sector on matters related to the expansion of their business within Romania.
