Raluca’s practice is Corporate law and M&A. She provided assistance on various corporate governance matters for national and international clients.
Highlights of her activity include assisting:
- a global automotive supplier and a leading manufacturer of on-board networks protection solutions and fluid transfer tubing with the sale of part of its business;
- one of the largest privately owned groups in Romania in relation to day to day corporate matters;
- one of the largest independent video games studio in relation to its day to day corporate matters;
- a leading company in the financial sector with respect to the implementation of a stock option plan for its senior management;
- a leading investment fund with the sale of its participations in one of the largest groups in the energy sector in Romania.
