Daniel is a member of our Dispute Resolution team and his current main practice areas include civil and administrative litigations.
Highlights of his activity include assisting:
- one of the leading telecommunications services providers in Romania before the national courts against a subcontractor in a dispute concerning the provision of internet services to 2000 consumers;
- the Romanian Government in a major ICSID arbitration against a private investor in the energy sector;
- an international investment fund on the recovery of a receivables during the insolvency proceedings of several companies active in the agricultural field.
