Lucian is part of our Dispute Resolution team, specializing in civil and commercial litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration. Lucian advises on various contractual liability and insolvency matters, as well as administrative disputes. Lucian holds a LLM degree in International Arbitration from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest.
Highlights of his activity include assisting:
- several major financial institutions in administrative disputes against the National Authority for Consumer Protection;
- a major insurance company in a wide range of various civil liability litigation;
- a foreign construction company in an ICC international arbitration derived from an energy infrastructure project, as well as in insolvency proceedings of a state-owned company;
- a large real estate company in its insolvency procedure and in other commercial litigation;
- a construction company in a domestic arbitration deriving from a FIDIC contract concluded for a real estate project.
